Rental Policies:
• CHECK IN - 3:00 p.m. • Two (2) night minimum stay requirement
• CHECK OUT - 11:00 a.m. • No pets please
• No smoking is permitted inside the home
Deposit:
• A 50% Deposit of the total pretax amount is due at the time of reservation.
Balance Due & Cancellation Policy
• The entire balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.
• Cancelation fee is $100
• No refunds less than 60 days prior to arrival unless we are able to re-rent reserved days.
Amenities
Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a full line of kitchen cookware, miscellaneous cooking oils and seasonings, coffee, tea, sugar, flour, cooking and baking utensils, laundry soap, dishwasher soap etc... Simply pack you bags!

Jan-April, Nov-Dec
Sun-Thurs $295/night
Fri/Sat $350/night
(two night minimum rental)
May-October
Sun-Thurs $325/night
Fri/Sat $375/night
(two night minimum rental)
Check-In time 3:00 / Check-Out time 11:00
Rates are quoted for occupancy up to 6 people. Each additional person is $50 per night up to a maximum of 8 people. Children are welcome but you must be at least 25 years old to rent. Rates are subject to state and local taxes of 11%.
